Yes, we handle both! Whether you’re a few months behind or need to rebuild your books from the ground up, we’ll get everything organized and accurate before transitioning to monthly maintenance.
Communication & Deliverables
You’ll receive consistent updates — typically monthly reports and reviews — along with open communication through email or scheduled calls. We believe in proactive communication, not waiting until year-end surprises.
We primarily use QuickBooks Online, Gusto for payroll, and Bill.com for payables. If you already use another platform, we’ll review it together and determine if it’s the best fit for your systems and goals.
